About Us

We are a husband and wife team located in Cambridge, Ontario. From the time we were both young, we’ve grown up around and/or owning animals. Whether it was bringing home stray cats to Kyle growing up on a farm, we have always had a strong passion for any animal, big or small. A few years ago, after going through a very tough time, we decided to purchase our very first Bengal kitten. She was unregistered (I now know the risks of this) but she was also very special to us. From her wild looks to her amazing, loving personality, she was perfect. She was truly everything we could of hoped for and so much more. From that day forward, I started to research everything there is to read/learn about the breed, their genetic testing needs, planned breedings and much more. We also have spoke with almost every registered breeder (whom I felt comfortable with), that would openly talk about their cattery, goals, history, etc. Now just over 4 years down the road, we are registered breeders through TICA, have our own registered cattery and truly wouldn’t trade it for the world! We are so lucky to get to do this every single day. Although not all days are easy or fun. To be honest, some days we may even feel like giving up because of the heart ache that comes with breeding, but at the end of the day, we love what we do and we are so thankful for this amazing opportunity to place our kittens/cats around Canada and worldwide.

Bengals come in a wide variety of colors and patterns and every kitten is so unique in his/her own way. Even a rosetted kitten of the same colors can look totally different as there is different shades for each color, different size of markings, spotted or rosetted, countershading, etc. How Bengal kittens are raised from birth has a lot to do with the temperament of your kitten/cat. You will notice a huge difference in a kitten that was showered with love & attention and a kitten who was neglected and/or caged their whole lives. Here at KW Bengals, your kitten will be handled right from the beginning, getting them used to human touch early. As long as our queen is okay with this, we hold them from day 1. We guarantee the temperament of our kittens to be social, playful, friendly & loving when leaving our in-home cattery.

All of our kittens (and retired breeders) will come litter trained as well as trained to use a scratch post/pad and they LOVE to play on their cat wheel (Ziggydoo). We highly recommend purchasing one for your own home if you are able to. Our cats and even the kittens use them daily and they are a major outlet for all that extra energy! A product we highly recommend💓

Please feel free to reach out to us and request more information at any time! We are more than happy to answer any of your questions and provide you with more information about any aspects of our breeding program. We look forward to discussing things further with you and hopefully matching you up with your perfect new addition! 😻
